At Costello Foot and Ankle Clinic, our pricing is affordable and transparent. We use fee-based billing. Since we do not accept insurance, we are able to be transparent about our pricing, and we charge exactly what we say we do. By eliminating insurance from our practice, we are able to reduce our costs and keep our fees reasonable and transparent. Unlike in a traditional practice, we do not charge an additional amount for every additional service that we provide. There are no surprise bills after the fact.

Orthotics provide support for the foot by redistributing ground reaction forces as well as realigning foot joints while standing, walking or running. Orthotics are used by everyone from athletes to the elderly to accommodate biomechanical deformities and a variety of soft tissue inflammatory conditions such as plantar fasciitis.
Using the Footmaxx Metascan gait analysis, we can analyze your foot in motion and create a custom orthotic to help correct a number of common foot and lower limb problems to relieve pain and improve your quality of life.
Outgrowth Program - Children (up to age 13) receive a new pair, at no cost, if they outgrow the orthotics within the first 12 months.
